A personal trainer role is a multi tasking, Just not that name of personal trainer sounds and feels like a cool job, but there are many aspects towards the role of a Personal Trainer. At the backstage the preparations of tons of work is countless. As the Founder of Fitness Mantras singapore, constantly we have to plan programs that is tailor made for the individuals. Such as Weight loss, muscles toning, Increase of Stamina, Strength, endurance and even completing marathons.


Apart from it Motivation plays a bigger part to get the individuals into a habit. Weight loss is not the only focus one should be aiming for. But for the entire Health the focus should be. To live healthier and illness free. So we haver to be extra careful on our food intake as well. A Personal trainer have to make sure that their clients see results at the same cultivate a great habit. We have to give a listening ear to understand the clients fitness goals. A trainer should be caring, motivating, understanding and able to be the best guide to get them to their Fitness goals.
